The Getting Started - Level One Program is for those looking to begin their fitness journey or redefine their goals and refocus. If you have been active in the past, but not in the last several months, this program is your starting place. 


You will work hand in hand with your coach to understand your habits, redirect your focus, and get you on track with your health and fitness goals.

This is a fully customized program with check in's done in our integrated online training app.


It includes:

-initial assessment and goal development with your coach

-3 home or gym based workouts per week

-access to our private Facebook group

-access to group chat and accountability in the training app

-food tracking with My Fitness Pal integration

-bi- monthly check in with your coach

-progress reports with stats and charts to see improvements


This is a month by month program with no additional obligations.
