No prior experience is required. The workshops and sessions cater to all skill levels and are designed to provide personalized instruction for beginners and experienced participants alike.

 

What time will workshops start?
Workshops will start in the morning and run throughout the day. A detailed itinerary with specific start times will be provided to participants prior to the event.

 

How long will each workshop be?
Workshop lengths will vary, with sessions lasting between 20 minutes to an hour depending on the topic. Breaks will be included to ensure comfort and allow time for snacks, bathroom breaks, and refreshments. More details will be provided in the event itinerary.

What is a hotel block? How do I book my reservation? A hotel block is a group of rooms reserved at a discounted rate specifically for event attendees. A hotel block will be reserved for event attendees, with details on the name, booking deadline, and reservation link provided after completing event registration. Guests are responsible for arranging and paying for their own accommodations. What are our transportation guidelines?

Guests are responsible for their own transportation throughout the entirety of the event.

75 total including staff.

 

Meals and Dietary Preferences

 

Are meals included? Yes! Friday and Saturday lunch will be provided as well as Sunday’s brunch, is provided at no additional cost. Guests are responsible for all other meals. Most hotels offer continental breakfast.

How do I reserve a spot for this event?

What is the refund and cancellation policy?

If you are unable to make the trip for any reason you are able to transfer your deposit to another person or receive a 75% (of your payment) credit to use for a 2026 HOJ event. In the unlikely event that your guides have to cancel the trip, you will receive a full refund!

 

Do I need to be a certain age to attend?

Participants must be at least 18 years old to attend the summit. 

 

I’m not super fit—will this still be relevant for me?

Absolutely. The sessions are designed to meet you where you’re at and provide tools to help you improve at your own pace.
