The Hunter Prep Program is a custom 10-week program built specifically for you and your upcoming hunts.


This program utilizes a combination of high-intensity, and strength modalities. We will focus on building your endurance, and incorporating shooting and focus, however it is 100% modifiable to YOUR current fitness level! 


Whether you're coming from a flat- land state to hunt the mountains, or wanting to give yourself the advantage of getting in shape before hunting season kicks off, this program was built for the hunter.

This is a fully customized program designed specifically for hunters with check in's with your coach done in our integrated training app. This program can help you improve your shooting and increase your draw weight, but is also great for rifle hunters.


It includes:


-5 workouts per week (3 High intensity, 2 core/ recovery - minimal equipment required)

-access to group chat and accountability in the training app

-food tracking with My Fitness Pal integration

-check-ins with your coach in the training app

-progress reports with stats and charts to see improvements

-and more!


This is a 10-week training program accessed from our training app (found in your app store on your smartphone).


Every workout is prescheduled on your calendar with reminder notifications (optional). 


All workouts will have instructions and videos for clarity.


After purchase, you will receive an intake form, and invitation to create your training profile. 


Then you will have access to your 10-week program to begin training.
