What’s Included

A curated mix of adventure, rest, and meaningful shared experiences.

Outdoor Experiences: Mornings begin with crisp alpine air and expansive views, followed by scenic hikes through rugged terrain where conversation flows as easily as the trails. You’ll spend meaningful time with our gentle mountain horses—learning, connecting, and experiencing the quiet clarity that only comes from being in partnership with such intuitive animals.

Evenings slow down around the fire. Think golden sunsets over the Rockies, laughter under open skies, the crackle of a bonfire, and stargazing in some of the darkest skies you’ve ever seen. This is where stories are shared, walls come down, and friendships take root.

Wellness & Reflection: This retreat is as much inward as it is outward.

Through guided yoga, grounding breathwork, and intentional journaling sessions, you’ll create space to process, release, and reset. Equine sessions are woven into the experience as powerful mirrors for self-awareness and growth—inviting clarity without pressure, and insight without judgment.

You’ll have structured reflection time, but also the freedom to sit quietly with a cup of coffee, wander a trail alone, or simply breathe in the stillness. No noise. No rush. Just room to reconnect with yourself.

Accommodations & Meals: You’ll stay in a cozy mountain home tucked into the Colorado high country—simple, comfortable, and surrounded by breathtaking views. Shared spaces encourage connection, late-night conversations, and the kind of easy camaraderie that only happens when women gather with intention.

Hearty, nourishing meals are prepared for you throughout the retreat. Think wholesome, satisfying food that fuels your body after full days outdoors—shared around a table where gratitude, laughter, and deep conversation naturally unfold.

Everything is handled so you can arrive, exhale, and fully step into the experience.
