Since our inception in 2018, our goal has been to bridge the gap for women in the outdoor community through unparalleled experiences that equip, connect, and inspire them in their outdoor pursuits.
We curate and host exceptional retreats, events, and guided hunts that promote personal growth, adventure, and camaraderie in breathtaking natural settings. Driven by a passion to help others gain confidence and independence in the outdoors, Her Outdoor Journey was created to encourage and empower women and families.

As part of the HOJ team, you’ll have the opportunity to lead women into wild spaces, share your skills, and create unforgettable experiences that build confidence and community. Whether your passion lies in archery, hunting, survival, yoga, foraging, or beyond, this role offers a platform to bring your expertise to life and empower women to step boldly into adventure.
