Her Outdoor Journey is dedicated to providing transformative, and engaging educational experiences as well as once-in-a-lifetime destination retreats and guided hunts for adventurous ladies who are passionate about the outdoors and want to build their confidence.

Since our inception in 2018 our mission has been to bridge the gap for women in the outdoor community through unparalleled experiences that empower, connect, and inspire.

We curate and host exceptional retreats, events, and guided hunts that offer personal growth, adventure, and camaraderie in breathtaking natural settings. Fueled by passion and the mission of helping others find their confidence and independence in the outdoor world, Her Outdoor Journey was created to empower women and families in the outdoors.

Are you an outdoor junkie who has a burning desire for wild places, epic adventures, strong and empowering community, bucket-list memories, and a deep desire to bridge the gap for women in the outdoors? Our mission is to continually meet women where they are in their outdoor journey by creating a safe and inviting events to explore and build their confidence!

As passionate as we are about serving ladies in the outdoor space we are equally as excited to create dream careers for those who want to pour into others and rewrite the narrative for women in the outdoors.

The Her Outdoor Journey team is a fun and innovative group that are motivated by the desire to make impact for our community, and led by faith and wild adventures. Whether you're looking at one of our HOJ team or guide/ host positions, we encourage you to apply! CURRENT OPENINGS

Thank you for your interest in joining Her Outdoor Journey! At this time, we are not hiring for our Ladies Event Host/Guide positions or team roles. We will begin taking applications for Event Host/ Guide positions in June of 2025.

We are always excited to connect with passionate individuals who share our love for the outdoors and empowering experiences for women. So we invite you to stick around and dive into this space of like-minded adventure junkies.
