Yes. While packed with workshops and activities, there will be designated breaks in the afternoons and free time after dinner. Evening campfires offer chances to connect, and hiking trails around the lodge provide peaceful moments to decompress.

What are the accommodation amenities?
The retreat is set in scenic Central Montana mountains, offering a perfect outdoor backdrop. Guests stay in a lodge with newly remodeled themed rooms, a dining area, banquet room, expansive lawns, and a gazebo for relaxation.
Will I be sharing a room?
Yes, rooms will be shared on a double-occupancy basis.
What’s the nearest airport, and is transportation included?
Nearest airports: Billings, MT, and Great Falls, MT. Transportation from the airport to the lodge is not included. After registering, guests can join a private Facebook group to coordinate carpooling.
What are our transportation guidelines?
Participants must arrange their own transportation to and from the lodge.
How many people will be at the retreat?
Up to 25 guests.
Are meals included?
Yes, all meals are included and prepared by your hosts.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Yes. A questionnaire will be sent after registration. Please share dietary needs in advance for appropriate accommodations.

What is the refund and cancellation policy?
If you can’t attend, you may transfer your spot to another woman or receive a 75% credit toward a 26/27 HOJ event. If guides cancel, you will receive a full refund.
What should I pack for the retreat?
A detailed packing list covering recommended winter clothing and gear will be provided upon booking.
Will there be Wi-Fi and cell service at the accommodation?
Wi-Fi is available. Cell service may vary by provider.
What time will workshops start?
Days will be full of education and hands-on skill-building. A detailed itinerary will be sent 4 weeks before the retreat.
How long will each workshop be?
Workshop lengths vary. Breaks for snacks, restrooms, and refreshments will be included for comfort. More details will be provided after booking.
Do I need to be a certain age to attend?
This retreat is for guests 18 years and older.
