What are the transportation guidelines?
Transportation from the airport to Gardiner and to all retreat activities is included. Pick-up and drop-off from the airport are available between 6 a.m. and 10 p.m. If you arrive outside those hours, you'll need to make alternate arrangements. More details will be provided upon booking.
Is airfare included in the retreat cost?
No. Airfare is not included—guests are responsible for booking their own flights.
Are meals included?
Yes. All meals are included and prepared by your host(s).
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Yes. A questionnaire will be sent after registration. Please share your dietary needs in advance so we can make appropriate accommodations.
How do I reserve a spot for the retreat?

Do you offer internal payment plans?
All payment plans are currently processed through our trusted third-party providers at checkout. What is the refund and cancellation policy?
If you’re unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to another woman or receive a credit for 75% of your payment to use toward a 26/ 27 HOJ event. If your guides must cancel for any reason, you will receive your full payment back.
What should I pack for the retreat?
A full packing list—covering recommended winter clothing and gear—will be provided upon booking.
Will there be Wi-Fi and cell service at the accommodation?
Yes, Wi-Fi is available. Cell service may vary depending on your provider.
