Macadamia Fat Bombs (K)

Let's face it, everyone has those moments where nothing will satisfy like a savory and rich piece of chocolate. My Mac Fat Bombs were inspired by my hard working Keto clients who wanted an approved version of this sweet satisfaction - and I think I nailed it. Try this recipe and tell me what you think?


Ghirardelli Premium Baking Bar 100% Cocoa (4 oz)

1/2 Cup Dark Chocolate Chips (unsweetened)

1 Tbs organic coconut oil

1 Tbs grass fed butter

3 Tbs liquid MCT oil

1/2 Cup chopped macadamia nuts

12 tsp sunflower seeds (salted is okay)

1 packet organic Stevia (additional packet if you'd like a sweeter treat)


-Begin by chopping macadamia nuts and evenly distributing them into 24 mini muffin tins, or into a truffle mold. Then add 1/2 tsp of sunflower seeds into each tin.

-In a small sauce pan add all other ingredients and melt together, mix well.

-Once the chocolate mixture is melted together, use a table spoon to distribute into each tin.

-Place the tin into the freezer for about 30 minutes and let the Fat Bombs set up.

-When they have set up, carefully remove them and place into a sealable container for storage.

Enjoy this guilt free, and stay in ketosis!
